Product Description
Die cast model of the Maserati A6GCS that raced the 1954 Mille Miglia. Drivers of the #525 car were Ferraguti and Gualdi. Although the A6CSC’s were very succesful in the 1954 race, car #525 did not finish.
The factory entered Maserati A6GCS/53 driven by Musso and Zocca (#500) finished 3rd overall (2nd in class); the second factory car (#506) driven by Enezian and Orlandi finished 5th (3rd in class).
Driver Dal Cin in car #519 suffered a fatal accident. Five other A6GCS’s (#514 / #521 / #522 / #527 / #537) did not finish the race.
